Kevin Paterson Chief Executive Officer Kevin is an admitted Solicitor. Following a successful career in the private sector spanning law, financial services and consultancy, he joined Valley Leisure as CEO in 2010. Kevin is passionate about the role of Health and Wellbeing Services in attaining positive physical and mental wellbeing. He is a firm believer that the opportunity across the sector is extremely exciting and by creatively looking at providing a broader range of integrated services through single access points (in our case as part of leisure facilities) is one of the biggest opportunities we have had in a generation to “shift the dial” in offering effective, joined up services to the community we serve. |

Barry Kermode Finance Manager Barry, our Finance Manager, is a finance professional spending most of his career in the telecoms sector working for Cable and Wireless and Vodafone and latterly for smaller fixed line operators. Barry joined Valley Leisure in January 2011. |

Neil Barker Customer Engagement Manager Neil joined Valley Leisure in 2000 as a Duty Manager at Andover Leisure Centre, following obtaining a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management. He has held a variety of posts within the company, returning to Andover as General Manager in November 2009 following five years at the Rapids. He still plays competitive football in the Southampton veterans league and enjoys playing golf and walking in the hills. |

Pete Collins Customer Operations Manager Pete has worked for Valley Leisure for the last 20 years, with a successful track record of facilities, financial, Health and Safety and IT services management. He has managed four major facility refurbishment projects and two major IT rollouts alongside the regular responsibilities for Corporate maintenance, Health and Safety and IT. He is a keen Horseman, Skier and Scuba diver. |

Joan Evans Human Resources Manager Joan Evans is a member of CIPD, has qualifications in Occupational Testing (SHL), Training and Development, as well as a Degree in Management Studies. She has over 20 years of Human Resources management and consultancy experience in a variety of organisations. More recently she was Group Head of Human Resources for the SOLL Leisure Group; previously she was Interim HR Manager at Abingdon and Witney Colleges and prior to that Divisional HR Manager for Clear Channel Entertainment UK Ltd. Joan is able to provide a rounded Human Resources profile to Valley Leisure in dealing with Strategic Planning, Employee Relations, TUPE, Payroll and operational issues. She also has a strong background in training and development. |
