I Can is thrilled to present their latest Customer Impact Report, 2022 to 2023, marking a significant milestone as the first report following the global Covid-19 pandemic and the centre’s re-establishment in new premises.

The new centre lies in the heart of Andover, with ground level access and eye-catching visuals, securing a spot as an essential health and wellness service provider. The centre re-opened its doors in April 2021 and were shocked at the toll the pandemic had taken on their customers inactivity, deconditioning, loss of strength, unsteadiness, and frailty.

The evidence base for the health benefits of an active lifestyle is vast and forms the foundation of the team’s work. The I Can Therapy Centre deliver recognised behaviour change principles and implement the Chief Medical Officer’ physical activity guidelines for older adults.

Chris Attrill, Valley Leisure’s CEO says, “we have successfully created a service that enables people to reach their goals, helping them overcome everyday challenges.
