Valley Leisure Ltd is pleased to announce a new partnership with Bluebird Care Andover & Stockbridge, which will see the care provider provide financial and volunteer support to the charity and keep vital services running.
As part of this new partnership, Bluebird Care will be actively involved in supporting Valley Leisure’s ‘I Can Move More Community Club’ programme, which provides friendly, activity-based meetups to help local people stay active and socially connected.
To launch the partnership, Bluebird Care has been initially focusing their support on the ‘Friday Social’ – one of three weekly sessions within the programme – and helping ensure it continues to offer a welcoming space where community members can enjoy activities, conversation, and companionship.
Bluebird Care’s support for Valley Leisure represents another positive step between the two Andover-based organisations who share a commitment to improving wellbeing and reducing social isolation in the local area.
Bluebird Care – rated Outstanding by the CQC – provides personalised care to people of all ages in their own homes. They provide support services throughout Andover, Abbotts Ann, Chilbolton, Goodworth Clatford, Thruxton, Stockbridge, Broughton, and King’s Somborne.
Valley Leisure is an independent charitable trust based in Andover, dedicated to inspiring people to move more and feel better through a wide range of health, wellbeing, and entertainment services.
